A 17th Century Refectory supper table dating from c 1680. The twin plank top above a carved frieze resting on ring turned legs joined by base stretchers. 1 cm blocks added to the base of each leg due to deterioration of timber due to standing on damp floors and additional support under the original top, otherwise in basically original condition. Excellent colour and patina with various minor marks, scratches and abrasions consistent with age and use. 1190
