An Early George III period figured Mahogany Linen press dating from c 1770. The top with moulded dentil cornice above a pair of paneled doors with roundel moulded corners containing three sliding shelves and one fixed shelf. The base with two short and two long Oak lined drawers with original brass swan neck handles and original blue paper liner, the whole standing on panel carved bracket feet. Of fine mellow colour, beautifully figured Mahogany and good condition with minor marks, and abrasions consistent with age and use. The sliding shelves are replacements. This item splits into two sections for ease of access and delivery. 1650
