A George I period painted Oak chest of drawers dating from c 1720. The rectangular top with moulded edge above two short and three long drawers with half round split moulded drawer surround and with brass handles and escutcheons, the whole standing on shaped bracket feet. The chest is in good condition with paint finish in worn condition. The handles and escutcheons are period but not original to this piece.
